lnstallation and application
1.when load changes in the work, the cylinder with abundant outputcapacity shall be selected.
2.Relative cylinder with high temperature resistance or corrosionresistance shall be chosen under the condition of high temperature or corrosion;
3.Necessary protection measure shall be taken in the environmentwith higher humidity, much dust or water drops, oil dust and
welding dregs.
4.Dirty substances in the pipe must be eliminated before cylinder isconnected with pipeline to prevent the entrance of particles intothe cylinder;
5.The medium used by cylinder shall be filtered to 40um or below.6.As both the front cover and piston are short, too large stroke cannot be selected.
7.Anti-freezing measure shall be adopted under low temperatureenvironment to prevent moisture freezing.
8.The cylinder shall avoid redial load in operation to maintain thenormal and extend service life.
9.lf the cylinder is dismantled and stored for a long time, pleaseconduct anti-rust treatment to the surface.Anti-dust cap shall beinserted into the inlet and outlet ports.As the precision of themanufacture and guide is high,Please do not dismantle the fixedblock or cylinder cover .

Q1. Can I directly replace your cylinders with SMC/Festo/Parker cylinders?
A1. We have the exact same models as SMC FESTO Parker, conforming to international standards (ISO6431, ISO15552, ISO6432), which can completely replace original SMC/Festo/Parker models.
