PL Male Elbow Push-in Fittings
AIRWORK offers a wide range of products for reliably connecting pneumatic tubing, whether push-in, barbed, threaded or click fittings. What's special about AIRWOKR is that our range is characterised by the typical system solution concept. In recent years, we have worked hard to further develop both tubings and fittings, and put considerable effort into ensuring that our application-specific tubing/fitting combinations are optimally coordinated.
- Overview
- Recommended Products
Tube external diameters: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 16 mm
Fittings threads: ISO-965 Metric parallel (M5, M7, M10x1, M12x1,25),
ISO-7 BSPT (R1/8, R1/4, R3/8, R1/2),
ISO-228 BSPP (G1/8, G1/4, G3/8, G1/2).
Product feature
1. Variable models can be widely used in every kind of pneumatic systems.
2. High circulation performance: bear the same flow with the volume of the tubing inside diameter.
3. Connect tubing easily and conveniently. The tubing connection portion is safe and durable.
4.The threaded portion is covered with sealant and the M5 thread is attached with a sealing gasket to prevent air leakage over the connection thread portion.
5. Nickle plated mental body is resistant to corrosion and pollution, which has wider range of application.

Installation and removal of tubing
1.Installalion of tubing
Grasp the tubing and slowly push itinto the fitting until it comes to a stop. The tubing will be locked b
2.Removaloftubing
Push the release button to open the spring gasket so that the tubing can be released
Note: When remove the tubing. mgke sure the pressure in the tubing is Zero
Connection thread tightening method
Use an inner or outerhexagon wrench to tighten the fitting as showin the picture below.
Note:Please refer tothe tables below for the tightening torque and the depth of the thre8d screw-in.
3. Caution
3.1.Externaiforce(bend,twist,and tension)may damage the ftting and cause air leakage.
3.2. Insufficient installation may cause air leakage or the tubing to release

3.3. Pulling or twisting thetubingexcessivelymay damage the fntting.Fora mounting guide.seethetable below
4. Connection thread tightening method of the fitting with M5 type thread
First, tighten by hand, then use a wrench to tighten an additional 1/4 turn.Excessivetightening may damage the thread portion or detorm the gasket and
cause airleakage. Insuficient tightening may loosen the threads, or cause air leakage
5.Tolerance of the Polyurethane tubing O.D
