The range of pneumatic cylinders drives includes piston rod and rodless cylinders (linear drive), rotary cylinders, tandem, multi-position and stopper cylinders, as well as clamping cylinders, drives with linear guides, and bellows and diaphragm cylinders. As part of the range, we offer many standards-based cylinders with standardised dimensions and mounting interfaces. Cylinders that comply with a specific standard have identical dimensions. There are standards for piston rod cylinders with round design (MA, MAL), compact design (SDA, ADVU) and for profile and tie rod cylinders (DNC, DSBC)

Installation and application
1. When load changes in the work, the cylinder with abundant output capacity shall be selected.
2. Relative cylinder with high temperature resistance or corrosion resistance shall be chosen under the condition of high temperature or corrosion.
3.Necessary protection measure shall be taken in the environment with higher humidity, much dust or water drops, oil dust and welding dregs.
4. Dirty substances in the pipe must be eliminated before cylinder is connected with pipeline to prevent the entrance of particles into the cylinder.
5.The medium used by cylinder shall be filtered to 40um or below
6. Anti-freezing measure shall be adopted under low temperature environment to prevent moisture freezing.
7.The cylinder shall be carried out test run withoutload before application. Prior to run, buffer shall be turned to the minimum and gradually released to avoid the damage on cylinder caused by excessive impact.
8.The cylinder shall avoid the influence of side load in operation to maintain the normal work of cylinder and extend the service life
9.If the cylinderis dismantled and stored for along time, please conduct anti-rust treatment to the surface. Anti-dust caps shall be added in air inlet and outlet ports.

Q1. Can I directly replace your cylinders with SMC/Festo/Parker cylinders?
A1. We have the exact same models as SMC FESTO Parker, conforming to international standards (ISO6431, ISO15552, ISO6432), which can completely replace original SMC/Festo/Parker models.
Q2. Are your cylinder mounting dimensions the same as the original?
A2. Our mounting holes are exactly the same as the original. We can send you drawings for confirmation, and also confirm your thread specifications (PT/NPT/G/BSPP).
Q3. If my original brand and model are no longer available, can you provide replacement recommendations based on the old model?
A3. You can upload a photo or nameplate of your old cylinder, and we can provide a replacement model.
Q4. What material are your cylinder seals made of? What are the applicable operating temperatures?
A4. Our seals are made of NBR (general purpose), Viton (high temperature/chemical corrosion resistant), or PU (wear resistant). We can also customize cylinders with special materials to meet your needs.
Q5. What is the cushioning method of the cylinder? Is it adjustable?
A5. Cylinder cushioning methods include rubber cushioning, air cushioning, and the position of the air cushioning adjustment valve, which is crucial for reducing equipment vibration.
Q6. Can I customize a special stroke length? How long is the delivery time?
A6. We can customize any length you want, and the customization time is usually 3-5 days.
Q7. Does the piston rod (PistonRod) have a surface treatment? How is its rust resistance?
A7. Our piston rods are hard chrome plated and made of stainless steel, offering strong wear resistance.
Q8. What is your warranty period? What happens if there is a leak?
A8. Our products typically come with a 12-18 month warranty. We provide a repair kit and videos on how to repair leaks.
Q9. Do you support small trial orders? Is a full carton minimum order required?
A9. No MOQ for stock items and small quantity sample support.
