The TKC-PC Series is a one-touch push-in pneumatic fitting with a compact PBT resin body and straight male thread connection. Engineered as a direct functional replacement for PISCO PC, it delivers identical performance and connection compatibility at significantly lower cost. Patented double sealing with an O-ring at the tube insertion point provides leak-free connection even on scratched tube surfaces, from vacuum to 1 MPa.

Installation and Usage：

Installation

1. Cut the tube square — use a tube cutter (not scissors or a knife). A square, burr-free end ensures a full seal.

2. Deburr and clean — remove any burrs or foreign matter from the tube end and outside surface.

3. Thread installation (male thread type) — wrap PTFE tape or apply thread sealant on the male thread, screw in by hand first, then tighten moderately with a wrench. Do not over-tighten — it can deform the body or damage the O-ring.

4. Insert the tube — push the tube firmly and straight into the fitting until it bottoms out; you will feel or hear it lock. Give a light pull to confirm it is locked in place.

Disconnection

1. Press the release collar evenly toward the body, then pull the tube out with a slight twist.

2. Never pull the tube without pressing the release collar — this can damage the internal locking claws.
